President Jerry Campbell to Retire in 2013
Jerry D. Campbell, sixth president of Claremont School of Theology and the founding president of Claremont Lincoln University, announced he will retire from both positions, effective June 30, 2013.

Some United Methodists were skeptical when Claremont School of Theology first announced its plans to co-found the multi-faith Claremont Lincoln University. However, Claremont recently found it had stalwart allies from the African delegations at the UMC General Conference.

Claremont to Offer Korean Language Courses
Beginning in Fall 2012, Disciples Seminary Foundation (DSF) and Claremont School of Theology (CST) will offer Korean language courses for bilingual ministerial education. The goal is to have a bilingual (Korean/English) M.Div. program beginning in 2013, with a majority of courses taught in Korean language.
