Claremont School of Theology and Claremont Lincoln University invites family, friends, and alum to the 2013 commencement ceremony for graduating students. This year we are pleased to announce that Eboo Patel, popular speaker, author, and President of Interfaith Youth Core, will be the commencement speaker, as well as the recipient of the first Claremont Lincoln University honorary doctorate. In addition, John Cobb will also be awarded an honorary doctorate during commencement for his work in the study of Process Theology.
The commencement ceremony is open to the public and there is no limit to the number of guests a student may invite. The ceremony is held outdoors, so dress accordingly.

Monday, May 20th Events
|The following events are open to all graduates and their guests:|
|3:00 p.m.||Baccalaureate: A Service of Holy Communion will be held in Kresge Chapel.|
|4:30 p.m.||A Community Celebration of this year’s graduating class will be held in Mudd Theater.|
|6:00 p.m.||A Barbeque honoring the 2013 graduates will be held in the Biblical Meditation Garden (east side of Kresge Chapel).|

Claremont is located at the eastern edge of Los Angeles County between the 10 (exit Indian Hill) and 210 (exit Towne) freeways.

Parking will be available on campus. Signs will be posted directing visitors to the campus parking lots. Handicapped parking spaces are located on the east side of the Colwell building.
Guest seating begins at 8:00 a.m. on the day of commencement. Seating will be available on a first come first served basis. We do not reserve seats, however there is generally seating for everyone.
A drop-off and pick-up point designated for wheelchair accessible and mobility impaired is located on the east of the Colwell Building at the corner of College and Foothill (near the flag pole).
There will be plenty of accessible seating at the commencement ceremony. The commencement ceremony seats are white folding chairs which can be easily moved if necessary to make room for a wheelchair, walker or stroller. Restrooms will be open in the buildings surrounding the ceremony location.
If you or your guest requires special assistance please contact the Office of the Registrar at (909) 447-2502 several weeks prior to the commencement ceremony to discuss these needs.
