Tamar Frankiel’s Appointment as the First Orthodox Woman to Head a Rabbinical School received a flurry of media attention, including: Her Huffington Post essay, Inside Higher Ed, The Jewish Journal of Greater L.A., The Jewish Daily Forward, The JTA - Global News Service of the Jewish People, Haaretz, St. Louis Jewish Light, Ohalah, Your Jewish News,, and more.

The Inauguration of the Center for Skih Studies (tonight, 7pm, Haddon) was featured in: India West, India Journal,, American Turban - twice, Kirpan – The Sikh News Network, and Odyssey Networks and other news.

The Whitehead International Film Festival was featured in the Claremont Courier, American Towns, KROQ, and other places.

Bayan Claremont was featured as one of the few places in America where imams can receive a formal education in Religion News Service.

Bayan President-Designate Jihad Turk was recently invited to be one of nine American Muslim leaders to have a meet-and-greet with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

The Voices of Wisdom series continued with "To Have and To Hold" at ICSC. The next event will be in Claremont in March – details to come.
