Officials at Claremont School of Theology announced today that the school will be the Seminary Partner for RelevanceX 2013, an annual gathering of young UMC adults and ministers held each year in Las Vegas.

"We are excited to partner with Claremont School of Theology because we believe they are at the forefront of innovation when it comes to theological education and how we talk about faith in the 21st Century." Rob Rynders, Relevance X Organizer and Co-founder

This year's event is scheduled for February 14-17, 2013, on the campus of University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Young adult pastors and leaders are invited to RelLEAD on Feb 14-15, and young adults can attend RelX on Feb. 16-17. Registration for both events is now open.

Relevance Ministries is the official young adult adult ministry of the Desert-Southwest Conference of The United Methodist church. It is a network of young adults, young adult leaders, and pastors whose mission is to develop ministry that is relevant and productive to members of society and the church.

First launched in 2009, RelX has reached thousands of young people and young leaders by providing a platform for speaking out about the needs of the church.
