The inaugural Paul and Hisako Terasaki Scholarship will be offered to an entering Japanese American M.Div. student with interests in parish ministry (especially in The United Methodist Church). This generous award provides 100 percent of tuition and fees, housing, books, and a monthly stipend, for up to three years.
The Terasaki Scholarship is modeled on the University Scholars Award Program, which provides the same benefits for students in masters-level programs.
The application deadline (consisting of a complete application for admission) for both scholarships is January 15, 2010.
