Licensing School for Local Pastors
Licensing School for Local Pastors is a program of the Course of Study held at Claremont School of Theology each summer. It prepares persons within The United Methodist Church to be licensed as local pastors. The approval of the District Superintendent and Conference Registrar for Local Pastors is required to register. Four basic areas of ministry will be studied: Public Worship, Pastoral Leadership, Organization of a Parish, and Educational Ministry.
