Financial Aid & Scholarships

Over 95 percent of students attending Claremont School of Theology receive financial assistance each year.  The School assists students through institutional scholarships, federal work study, access to external loans, and other outside opportunities such as scholarships and grants.  Scholarships range in value, and are awarded based on various criteria, including need, merit, program of interest and vocational plans.

While general scholarship is awarded to many students, The University Scholars Awards / TUSAs are scholarships for incoming master's-level students that provide for tuition, housing, books, and a monthly stipend. Funding for scholarships varies annually, so please contact the Office of Admission for more information regarding the scholarships available this year.
