Claremont School of Theology is a study in contrasts. Here, ancient meets modern. Urban meets suburban. Global meets local. Claremont students make up one of the most culturally diverse seminary communities in the United States.

Since its inception in 1885, Claremont has prepared ministers, educators and other professional leaders for ministry. In keeping with its innovative spirit, Claremont continues to conceptualize new directions for mission and creative models for ministry and religious leadership.

The study of theology requires an intense personal commitment. Through intellectual rigor students engage in vocational discernment and prepare for responsible social engagement.
