Claremont Classes in Phoenix
Claremont School of Theology is increasing its commitment to serving
students in Arizona by offering core masters-level courses in the Phoenix
area to supplement the occasional intensive classes already offered in
Arizona. Whether you want to begin a degree program, explore the possibility
of professional ministry, or simply take a single course for personal
enrichment, these classes will meet your needs. They offer:
- Quality: Claremont's world-renowned faculty will teach these
courses on-site and via distance learning technology, ensuring that
you receive the same quality instruction available to students on campus
in California.
- Convenience: The classes meet on Monday and Tuesday evenings
at:
CrossRoads
UMC in Phoenix, Arizona.
- Community: Students will have opportunities to build intentional
community through shared meals, small group study and worship.
The courses to be offered in Phoenix in the coming years will allow you
to complete the first phase of the M.Div. curriculum as well as most core
requirements for the M.A. curriculum in Phoenix. In coming years, field
education will be available in Arizona. Also, six units of United Methodist
studies would continue to be offered in Arizona in a three-year rotation,
usually during the month of January.
