"Making It Plain: Speaking Truth to Power and Empowering the People"

Claremont School of Theology is pleased to co-sponsor the 10th Annual Black Religious Scholars Group Consultation at the American Academy of Religion. The event will be held on Friday, November 16, at 7-10 p.m. in conjunction with the annual meeting of the American Acadey of Religion, at St. Stephen's Cathedral Church of God in Christ, 5825 Imperial Avenue in San Diego [map].

This year's meeting honors Dr. Cornel West, whose speech is entitled, "Making It Plain: Speaking Truth to Power & Empowering the People."

A featured panel of commentators will be on hand to respond, including:
