HEOA Student Consumer Information
The Claremont School of Theology offers the following information so that individuals can make informed decisions as conscientious consumers. The following information allows students to maximize their academic experience while attending CST, which is mandated by federal requirements set forth in the Higher Education Act of 1965 (amended in 1988 and 2008).

- Emergency Notification - Students and employees are encouraged to register with the School to receive emergency notices. Notices are sent by email and by text messaging through a third party. Students may register more than one email address and more than one cell phone, either their own or those of family members. The system is periodically tested with system-wide messages at least once per semester, and with more frequent practice postings to a select group of users.

- Return of Title IV Funds - Should you drop from the program, the Financial Aid Office will perform Return of Title IV Funds. This Process ensures that the school keeps the amount of financial aid earned by you and returns any unearned funds back to the Department of Education. This process may result in you owing the school for tuition and fees.
